SPAA Scottish Passenger Agents' Association
For some years now, I have fulfilled the role of Publisher on behalf of the world's longest-established travel organisation – the SPAA , and during this time my daily workload has moved inexorably from a paper and print base to the world of eCommunication.
My responsibilities comprise the creation and publication of the Association's Weekly eBulletin – SPAA Today; management and maintenance of the website – www.spaa.org; creation and circulation of eSurveys, reports, Government consultation submissions, news releases; and news reporting for the website
